Rachel Katz has a twenty-year background working in the Film & Television industries in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Originally from England, Rachel was raised in Australia, and New Zealand. As a Professional Makeup Artist, Rachel took a leap of faith traveling to America; not knowing a soul. Rachel’s talent, passion, and sheer determination enabled her to join Local 706, Makeup Artistry Union in Los Angeles, marry, raise a family, and become a U.S. Citizen. Her passions include: working with crew on character-driven stories, writing, art, and exploring the California Coast with her husband who is a film/television editor, daughter who is majoring in cineatography, and son who is professional film composer.
